Mary Kay has almost 20 years of experience in compensation and benefits positions in both manufacturing and service industries. She has worked in management and individual contributor roles in the generalist, compensation, and benefits areas for Roche Diagnostics, Irwin Financial Corporation, Bank One, and Sony Corporation. She currently owns her own compensation and benefits consulting firm, Human Resource Results. Mary Kay has developed and implemented base, variable, and executive compensation plans and welfare and retirement benefit programs. She has managed compensation and benefit vendors, administered compensation and benefits plans and developed and facilitated compensation and benefits training for human resource professionals as well as others. Mary Kay holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Communication from Purdue University. She has earned the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and the Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designations from World at Work.
